Supporting some early rumours regarding Samsung’s much awaited Galaxy S4 having eye scrolling feature, screenshots have come online , credits SamMobile, the screenshots being of various panels in settings menu of the Galaxy S4 , as the pic shows, showing various features like Smart screen, Smart scroll, etc. Smart stay and rotation is ,as you know, already featuring in Samsung Galaxy SIII and Note 2, so it’s the Smart pause and smart scroll which are the new additions , attracting much attention .
Smart scroll, as the SS tells, detects eye seeing the screen and starts scrolling automatically, at the set speed. The other new addition, the Smart pause detects eye and pauses a video running when the user looks away from the screen. It sounds and looks pretty cool allright, but there is no way to ascertain the authenticity of the screenshots and the content. Even if it is an actual feature in the S4, the biggest thing to look out is the amount of battery juice the Smart screen uses, which could actually determine the utility of this feature. Stay tuned to our blog for the latest about S4, and of course the review when it launches on 14th of this month.
